  • Will you have time to fully train and engage an intern?
  • Do you want someone with experience?
  • What projects do you need help with? Will you need assistance short term or long term?
  • Will the intern receive no pay for experience, a grade or a stipend?
  • Do you know the laws to hire an intern?

  • Do you have relationships with schools to help you identify candidates?
  • Talk with fellow entrepreneurs about their internship experience.
  • Employ your current staff or external team to offer recommendations on finding an intern.
