Reduce Entrepreneurial Burnout

Boy, I’m tired!  It seems like the more I work the less I see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Sounds familiar?  Many entrepreneurs work without having clear goals or action items to accomplish.  In many cases, the result—burnout.  Here are three tips to avoid burnout:
  • Create a daily goal action plan (to do list) and break larger projects into smaller manageable products.
  • Maintain balance between family and business by creating a time for business only, i.e. 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and then again for only an hour or two when the family is asleep.
  • Each month, take a “refresh my mind” break.  During this time, identify activities that will relax your mind and oh yeah, have fun.
