Twitter Strategy
How are you using twitter to increase revenue, customer retention and growing your business? Here are three things to consider as you join and expand your twitter strategy:
- Listen. If you are not on twitter, here is an exercise I want you to do. Type in the words twitter and name of your company in a search engine. See what people are saying about your business. Whether good or bad, get in the mix and connect. Existing tweeters, what's your listening strategy?
- Connect. As a business owner, you have plenty to say about how you are helping customer's with a problem. Share your solution as well as how to tips with followers. Take some time to promote your twitter site to build new followers and new customers. Connect with your followers and direct them to your company’s other marketing channels including Website, other social media outlets and face to face workshops conducted by your company.
